About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Dental Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting our dentists chairside, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, sterilization, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
  • Sterilization and infection control in line with dental guidelines
  • Welcome and support patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
  • Manage patient records and appointment notes as required
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Provide general administrative and reception support when needed

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred but not essential – we can provide training)
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, professional, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to infection control and workplace safety
