**How will I help?**
As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading and shaping our SME and Small Business Banking team across WA, you’ll live and breathe our purpose of creating better futures together. With a strategic lens you’ll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that’s customers with business lending requirements up to $3M), not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

**What do I need?**
We’re looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You’ll be commercially focused and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.
