**An exciting position is available for a Commercial Litigator with 2-3 years of practice experience and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese for an international firm with Sydney CBD offices.**

The firm has a sophisticated client base ranging from high net worth individuals to publicly listed Australian and foreign corporates, and private companies with over 100 employees. The firm's clients are largely in the Hospitality industry and as a result of this, there is a significant amount of general Franchising, Property, and general Commercial work.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 2-3 years PAE practising Commercial litigation exclusively in reputable Sydney CBD-based law firms that are known for their skills and prowess in Commercial litigation
- Ambition to prove yourself and get ahead in your career
- Excellent interpersonal skills: straightforward and succinct communication skills and a pro-client approach to your work
- Ability to liaise directly with clients, from obtaining instructions and providing updates to drafting court documents and affidavits, and briefing and instructing counsel as necessary.
