**Your Opportunity**

Be a part of an eyewear industry leader with EssilorLuxottica within our Wholesale team representing Ray-Ban across New South Wales. In this Optical Sales Representative position you’ll have a career with Ray-Ban giving you exposure to an innovative and iconic brand, plus the backing of the global leader in eyewear & eyecare. Manage our Independent Accounts across New South Wales, ensuring Ray-Ban is best represented within the marketplace. Your commitment to drive sales and engage with your accounts will be vital in managing and servicing this portfolio and will report directly to our ANZ National Sales Manager.

If you love being on the road, traveling to different regions across NSW & building relationships, then this opportunity is for you We’re looking for applicants that are self-motivated and can work independently to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced & rewarding retail environment.

**Requirements for Success**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key optical and sun speciality retailers across the NSW region
- Delivering sales targets, sales strategies, and ongoing growth for Ray-Ban to ensure key performance indicators are met
- Sourcing, opening, and closing accounts through all suitable avenues to develop and grow your accounts
- Conducting regular product training sessions with your accounts to present new and current collections
- Working with our Brand Team to identify and execute training events which ensures customer brand, product & sales knowledge supports brand positioning of your portfolio
- Ensuring all instore brand marketing is maintained to a high standard and aligns with brand guidelines

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing accounts or servicing customers (optical or retail industry highly desirable)
- Proven record of success in achieving sales targets in a wholesale or retail environment
- Proven ability to develop strong sell-in strategies to meet market demands
- Strong negotiating and relationship building capabilities to maintain existing accounts and prospect new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A real 'go-getter', super proactive with fresh energy and a passion for success
- Current driver’s license to service your accounts within metro and regional areas
