From two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay to 12 sales offices worldwide including America and the bright and sunny UK, it is safe to say we are making a lot of noise in the industry, in just seven laps around the sun. From selling solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, all the way through to virtual power plants,
**_Smart Energy_** is putting solar on the map.

**Every day, you’ll be**:

- Guiding our customers on how to get the most from their solar and battery savings
- Keeping our customers updated with the status of their solar installation
- Pushing maintenance call outs through the pipeline, and keeping our customers updated
- Editing our self-service articles and references with a focus on continuous improvement
- Updating our legendary sales team as required on their customers issues

This role will report to the Customer Service Team Manager.

**You must have**:

- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar
- Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office

**Bonus points**:

- Salesforce CRM experience
- Currently studying a something aligned to renewables
- A bit of a nerd when it comes to anything IT related

- Available Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (due to a rotating roster)
- Passionate about solving customer problems
- Able to commute to our Byron Bay office
- Task orientated, motivated by and driven towards a completion
- Tech Savvy

- An excellent written and verbal communicator
