**Opportunity**

This is an opportunity to start your legal career with a boutique city law firm working on a variety of interesting and complex employment law matters, mostly for employers.

**What we are looking for**
- be excited about assisting senior lawyers to provide strategic employment law advice to employer clientele;
- have a mature outlook and attitude to dealing with sensitive matters;
- strong recollection of foundational legal principles taught at university;
- be enthusiastic to learn and build upon legal knowledge acquired at university;
- be happy performing some administrative and clerical work as required; and
- have a strong work ethic.

Experience working at a union, employer association, community legal centre, or law firm is highly desirable. Experience in a fast-paced and procedure driven environment will also be considered.
