**POSITION PURPOSE**

We are continuing to evolve IELTS operations to support our global growth and the integrity of the IELTS brand.

This role grows the quality and range of content globally for IELTS to help test takers understand the IELTS test and feel more confident that they can achieve the score they need.

This role generates written, video and other digital forms of IELTS content to cater to our test taker needs.

The role collaborates closely with the Social Media Manager IELTS and the central IELTS Marketing team to deliver a robust offering of content. The IELTS Content Creator builds and maintains relationships with regional content and social media practitioners to deliver compelling and consistent content to customers across the globe.

A **full-time 1-year Fixed term opportunity** based out of **Melbourne**, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing

**Responsibilities include;**

**Content Creation**
- Create IELTS content that will help educate our test takers, while also building brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
- Content should be created in the form that will help our test takers understand best. Whether that’s written, video and or visual delivery we want to support our audiences by presenting the information in a way that’s easy for them to digest.
- Build a plan for how we can help guide test takers through the journey of IELTS, understand what are the priorities for content delivery to really help our test takers understand the test and boost their scores.

**Digital Content**
- Work with the content team to help bring the content to life on the IDP IELTS website through our headless CMS.

**Collaboration**
- Lead the editorial calendar, content production schedule and budget and align with Social media team to execute
- Deliver transparent quarterly content planning
- Work with SEO’s to include keyword research across all content assets and types to increase quality traffic to our website.
- Work with developers, designers, data science team and product specialists to deliver content solutions for our test takers.
- Work with IELTS marketing team and broader IDP Regional Marketing teams to ensure content supports marketing needs and goals.
- Work with internal and external content partners to co-create content.

**Brand**
- Support the development and implementation of the IELTS brand and content guidelines, including tone of voice, visual and verbal.
- Review content regularly and create a culture of improvement in regular regional communities and working groups.
- Maintain simple guidelines that raise the bar and quality of our voice and brand expression.
- _**Analytics / reporting**
- Ensure there is the correct understanding of how content is performing and being engaged with to continually improve the outputs and integrate insights into future content planning.
- Monitor and track goals to completion.
- Deliver effective analysis and reporting on digital content performance.
- Continually integrate insights into future content planning.

**Other responsibilities**
- Co-lead the content strategy for the IELTS Prep Hub and support our IELTS digital community as needed.

**About you**

You are an IELTS or English Language Learning expert with a flare and interest in content creation. Ideally with previous IELTS, TEFL or English teaching or examining experience you also have a keen interest in digital content creation.
