What you will do
**As our Principal Content Designer, you will**:
- lead a team of online content designers to deliver complex website projects and initiatives
- develop and design customer-centric online content and interactive services using web content management systems and tools, and usability testing techniques
- use customer-centric service design principles in the delivery of digital communication projects
- obtain essential insight to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency
- use effective reporting, evaluation metrics and analysis to inform future web and digital communication and engagement strategies
- improve systems, mentor team members, develop efficient processes and lead
quality-control methods to ensure a high level of output from the team
- maintain positive relationships, engaging effectively with stakeholders in the department and across government and externally
- when required, be part of a public information management roster (including out of hours) for crisis and disasters, including undertaking internal and external communication tasks.
