Our client is a multi-award winning, independent, creative and diverse event management company that creates extraordinary public and corporate events, both live and virtual, across Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. They are a full-service event management agency that specialises in Premium events, Business events, Theatre shows and Major annual events

Our client is undergoing a period of significant growth in their corporate team and are looking for a Corporate Event Producer to join their Corporate/Government team.

**The role**:
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dynamic Corporate Event Producer to design and deliver a diverse portfolio of corporate and government events
- Reporting to the General Manager and working as a member of the Corporate and Government team, you will manage a series of exciting events from end to end
- You will leading your own projects as well as support on larger projects
- You will liaise with the client on creative ideation and event design on a range of B2B events including conferences, expos, and incentives
- Develop critical path and successfully project manage events on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets up to $200K
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Negotiating supplier contracts and relationships
- Hosting and supporting key talent for various events
- Upholding the Agency’s standards in every event delivered
- Onsite event management as required
- A minimum of 5 years corporate Event Management experience. Agency experience ideal
- Experience working in business events and government bodies is highly regarded
- You will have a passion for organising events, flexibility to run on tight deadlines and be used to working in a fast-paced working environment
- You will have a positive "can do" attitude and able to work closely with different teams
- Excellent written, communication and time management skills
- Experience in producing large conferences and have proven experience in solely managing budgets up to $200K
- Ideally had exposure to EventsAIR but not mandatory. You will need to be tech savvy
- You will be customer centric with superior attention to detail
- Good at problem-solving with the ability to multi-task
- Travel will be required as well as the ability and willingness to work out-of-standard hours from time to time

**Salary & benefits**:
