About the role
This role will provide high level support for all medical staff recruitment and appointment processes across MNMH.
About you
This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Provide effective coordination of recruitment, appointment, and onboarding processes by collaborating and communicating with the various medical workforce units across Metro North.
- Consider and assess documentation including addressing any emergent issues and maintenance of an accurate database.
- Act as a point of contact as required for incoming and outgoing communication regarding medical officer recruitment and appointments in MNMH.
- Work in collaboration with the Metro North Mental Health Medical Workforce team to ensure alignment of recruitment processes with Metro North procedures and effective clinical service delivery.
- Comply with and provide accurate advice in relation to policies and procedures, regulations and standards in regard to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide a compassionate approach, timely communication, and overall excellent customer service.
- Assist with the onboarding of new medical staff.
