**Job description**
- Holistic In-Home Care provides supports to people with disabilities who require assistance to fulfill their aspirations and inclusion in the community. We focus on delivering highly personal, responsive and participant focused services._
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- To support an individual's well being in their home and the community at all times.
- To Provide attendant care to meet individual needs.
- Coordinate and conduct programs/activities which support individuals to achieve their goals as stated in their Individual Support Plan.
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for the day to day activities within an individual's home and or in the community.
- Respect, protect, and promote the human rights obligations of the organization.
**Eligibility criteria**:
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience in Disability
- Vaccinated (As per government regulations)
- Experience supporting people with Mental Health conditions
- A relevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support will be an added advantage
- Two relevant, professional and industry related reference checks.
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for employment purposes
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a NDIS worker screening check
- Current police check (within 12 months)
- Have a current or be willing to obtain a First Aid (HLTAID003 or (HLTAID004) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
