We welcome those with experience and those looking to enter the world of support, and willing to obtain the required certificates and clearances.

Location: Residency based south of the city - 15 minutes from Marion.

Various shifts available on a rotating roster:
Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
Morning, Day, and Overnight.

We’re looking for the following attributes:

- Compassionate, caring, patient and kind disposition
- An appreciation of the complex and individual nature of working within a family-oriented environment
- Able to learn new ways to work with individuals
- Outside-the-box thinker & problem solve
- Able to work autonomously or as a team
- Communication skills (written)
- Skilled at bringing a calm presence into a sometimes-chaotic world

Roles and duties include but not be limited:

- Full assistance for all activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Transportation (if licensed)
- Preparing meals & shopping
- Taking to appointments and other activities
- Housekeeping
- On-going training as required
- 100 Points of ID
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’ Check
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate or Valid Exemption

Please Note: Residency is a sensory friendly environment;
- It is a non-smoking workplace
- Strong fragrances such as perfume and cologne are not to be worn to work.

Salary is paid above award rate.
