About the role
As a Service Adviser, located in South Australia’s exclusive Lexus dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach to managing our guests' needs. You will communicate with the service department to ensure guests' vehicles are repaired and delivered in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities
- First point of contact that greets our guests
- Organise and follow up on our guests’ vehicles throughout the day
- Liaise with guests and service technicians

Skills & Experience
- Current drivers’ licence is essential
- Friendly personality and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound computer skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
- Previous experience in the automotive industry/mechanical understanding is advantageous but not essential
