**About the Role**
- Develop and Lead the Land1771 Commercial Strategy
- Identify, anticipate and respond to needs and expectations to achieve capability development, acquisition, and sustainment outcomes.
- Provision of procurement planning, tendering and contract management activities to support SPO product management
- Provide advice, direction, and assistance to the Integrated Project Management to support contract management and commercial strategy outcomes
- Support contract negotiations, preparation of Contract Change Proposals, and contract performance/compliance measurement and management
- Engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders and respond to issues

**About You**
- In-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to mentor lower-level commercial resources
- Located in Canberra or ability to re-locate
- A minimum AGSVA NV1 security clearance is required
