Join the best digital operations team in the media business TechTarget is seeking a high performing, responsible and driven Associate Campaign Manager in its Sydney office. The Associate Campaign Manager will work closely with our team of sales representatives and customer success managers to setup, track and report on the digital programs we’re executing for technology clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university graduate with an interest in online marketing to develop strong digital skills by learning from the leading B2B tech marketing and data services provider. You will be part of the industry’s top operations team and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Essential job functions:
- Support Sales in managing all digital advertising campaigns from inception to completion to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes the day-to-day responsibility of coordinating the receipt of online media deliverables, scheduling inventory and managing the campaign and all the reporting.
- Communicate regularly with internal Sales teams, Customer Success, Product Management, Trafficking and Senior Management with regard to campaign status and execution.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition on a weekly basis.
- Use various reporting templates to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals.
- Send campaign performance reporting to client on all standard programs.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- 1+ years of relevant, customer service experience, though recent graduates will be considered.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Extremely reliable - team player.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects.
- Must be a fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly.
- Computer Application literate.
- Education at Degree level is required.
- Ability to work full-time in Australia. This is _not_ a position where we will sponsor applicants for a working visa.
