**The role**: You will be required to provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, within the ITIL framework.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.
- Demonstrated ability in the provision of high level specialist advice of Clinical Based Hospital Information Systems. (SFIA: TECH Level 5)
- Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. (SFIA: SLMO Level 4)
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Experience in a clinical health setting would be advantageous.

**Specific Working Conditions**:

- Participation in on-call arrangements are required for this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply
