**About the role**

**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting complex IT systems such as Azure, DataBricks, SQL Managed Instances, Terraform, Windows OS, certificates, and IIS.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, IT security principles, infrastructure, CI/CD, databases, and integration (middleware) technologies.
- Extensive experience with front and back-office transaction processing.
- Excellent problem-solving, problem management, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective verbal and written communication and negotiation with business, technical, and supplier personnel.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly superannuation (desirable).
- Knowledge of the full SDLC and Agile methodologies, and an ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate or newer (desirable).
