Hiring Elicos Trainer

Australian College of Hospitality and Business Management (ACHBM) is one of the progressive Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) based in Sydney, NSW. We are currently seeking **1** English trainer to work at Sydney Campus.

**To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria**:

- Deliver English lessons face-to-face (and online)
- Provide students with academic advice to address specific needs
- Assess language levels of prospective students and assign them to suitable class levels
- Record attendance and class activities covered by each student each day
- Mark students' work efficiently
- Maintain student's engagement in class
- Advanced written, reading and oral communication skills
- Continuous improvement and development of the current curriculum and new programs

**Essential Requirements**:

- Degree, TESOL qualification such as CELTA, DELTA, Cert. IV TESOL and postgraduate qualification in TESOL
- At least one-year teaching experience or more in ELICOS
- Previous educational management experience
