(Insurance) Providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases
- _ Manage a portfolio of recoveries claims, these will be claims where a TPI claim number has been provided and the liability has been accepted_
- _ Maximise the recovery amount received on each claim_
- _ Effectively manage and triage claims through coordination, communication and prioritisation of activity between Recoveries, customers, TPI’s, and service providers_
- _ Manage outbound calls to TPI’s to chase recovery payments that are due and; to confirm liability and policy obligations_
- _ Manage inbound correspondence from TPI’s on undisputed claims_
- _ Instigate litigation where appropriate, considering the broader commercial impacts_.
- _ Leverage available tools and resources to maximise contact productivity with TPI’s_
- To Manage a portfolio of Recoveries files within Recovery & Settlements Department, whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with internal and external service providers_
