**ECG Engineering** are leaders in the Electrical Engineering space, delivering design and project delivery services to the Mining, Utilities, Materials Handling and Industrial sectors with extensive and proven capabilities in Australia, and around the world.

With offices in **Perth, Brisbane, Toronto, Manila & Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania**, ECG have the capability to design and deliver on complex projects, from early study work to commissioning and handover, drawing on the expertise of senior ECG personnel who have worked together for 30 + years.

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled and professional Receptionist / Travel Coordinator for our Welshpool office. This role will wear several hats with the emphasis being on coordination of company travel requirements and attending to the reception needs of the office.

**Key tasks will include**:

- Organising travel bookings, visa and mobilisation requirements for projects
- Managing the reception function
- Coordination of Staff functions
- Managing office support services including meeting rooms, stationery, uniforms / PPE, kitchen requirements and the like
- Supporting the Financial Controller/Administration Manager with accounts reconciliations and data entry

Must have experience for this role includes sound experience with coordinating business travel bookings, supported by well-rounded office administration experience and exposure to Accounting processes. A self-starter who is highly organized and takes ownership of their role will be well suited to this position.
