**General Manager - Commercial Content Production**

Run the largest, most creative commercial content facility in Australia. Spanning Digital, Video, Audio, Print, Advertising, Talent and more, the GM leads a team of approximately 70 people.

You can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

The Company currently has a commercial content business approaching $150m in revenue.

This role encapsulates the full gamut of content production and creative services. Work with a range of Australia’s blue chip brands and dominate in many content verticals such as food, fashion, travel, retail and finance.

**Purpose**
- Build a best in class production centre of excellence that can scale up and down to best optimise and modernise commercial content for the Company
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the production team has the correct scale and skill sets to deliver on a vast and varied workflow.
- Work seamlessly with the NCA Client team to secure revenue through pitch work and booked creative.
- Help drive consumer engagement by partnering closely with the NCA Consumer team.
- Support the Commercial Content team to grow market opportunities.
- Support the external News Agency division with overflow
- Deliver existing custom publishing titles and special editions

**Is This You?**
- Deep knowledge and experience in production studio management
- Experience with Financial reporting and P&L management.
- Strategic agility to support the growth in commercial content
- Ability to manage creative teams and support a squad approach to projects
- Balance creative excellence delivery with operational requirements
- Able to influence all levels of management and across organizational boundaries
- Able to strategically shift ways of working to ensure all appropriate stakeholder needs are met.
- Strong leadership skills in cultivating an environment where people can be their best
