As part of our Customer Service team you will gain a great understanding of all areas of our business. Alongside that you will get to use your hose & fitting knowledge and your desire to go the extra mile for the customer to help ensure the best possible flow of product from Inwards Goods to Dispatch (and everything in between). Our goal is to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time

**You will get to**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Keeping customers updated with accurate information
- Processing sales orders into Pronto
- Generate quotes
- Manage customer expectations with lead times and delays or problems with their orders

About the person
Previous experience in hoses and fittings, customer service, sales or purchasing experience in our industry (or a related industry such as mining) would be advantageous.
**Ideally, we are looking for someone with**:

- A hose and fitting background (highly desirable)
- Mine site technical experience OR exposure to the drilling market (highly desirable)
- Local knowledge of the Perth and Australian supplier network (highly desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Pronto highly regarded but we can train you on this
