**The Role**:
**Your core responsibilities would include**:
- Maintaining member database by updating customer records
- Assist members at all stages including phone calls, adjustment authorisations and reviewing all non-standard correspondence.
- Oversee and assess the thoroughness and precision of tasks in alignment with insurance guidelines and compliance standards, promptly reporting any identified breaches and incidents.

***About you**:
- Proven experience in data entry/administration.
- Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls within an office setting.
- Previous exposure to insurance or superannuation is desirable but not required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interest in career progression and exceptional attention to detail.

- ** Work from home**:available after completing training period
- ** Pay rate**:$34 per hour, plus super
- ** Days**: Monday - Friday
