**The Role**

An integral part of the role is building and maintaining strong consumer relationships, including when handling incoming and outgoing consumer contacts in a polite, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will be working in a team environment, as a high contributing member of the team and maintaining a professional high-spirited attitude.

This is a Part-time fixed term position working Wednesday, Thursday and ½ day Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with promotional fulfilment - when required/where possible
- Retail Complaints
- Monthly Reporting

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent verbal communication
- Service and people orientated skills
- A high level of computer competency
- Team player
- Keeps calm during stressful situations
- Writing and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
