**Key Responsibilities**

- **Accelerate Strategy Execution**:Take the helm of our technology strategy, driving its rapid advancement by identifying opportunities, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions that position CommBank as a leader in financial technology.
- **Engage Senior Leadership**:Partner with and influence the bank’s top executives across departments, building alignment and securing buy-in for ambitious technology initiatives that align with our overarching business goals.
- **Provide**Strategic Insights**:Deliver transparent, data-driven reporting and actionable insights on strategy progress and outcomes, empowering senior leaders with the clarity they need to make informed, high-stakes decisions.
- **Lead Targeted Interventions**:Step in decisively to address challenges, spearheading strategic interventions that keep our technology projects on track and accelerate delivery, ensuring measurable success.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Top-Tier Consulting Pedigree**:Extensive experience with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, with a focus on technology strategy or financial services—bringing a wealth of expertise from high-impact, client-facing projects.
- **Structured Problem-Solving Mastery**:A proven ability to dissect complex problems, analyse them systematically, and craft clear, actionable solutions that drive results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- **Executive Influence**:Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging and persuading C-level leaders to adopt bold strategies.
