**Job Description** The Team**:
Come join the Training, Alliance-enablement, Certification Organization (TACO), part of the Customer & Partner Group, and help us become the defining enterprise software partner ecosystem of the 21st century. Together we will scale the ServiceNow community with a robust and simple Partner Enablement plan to deliver exceptional value to our shared customers.
**The Role**:
Shhh Don’t tell anyone, but this role might be one of the best that you’ll find. As a Partner Enablement Strategy Consultant, you will get the chance to work with SericeNow’s top partners. Helping them create sustainably successful practices by using your well-honed consulting skills to ensure they have the right people, in the right place, with the right skills over the long haul. You’ll do this working in the first tier of ServiceNow’s Partner Enablement Cycle - comprised of Partner **Enablement Strategy**, Regional Enablement, Partner Enablement Offerings, and Partner Enablement Adoption.** **She or he will be responsible for ensuring that the Strategic Global Alliance ServiceNow Partners they are assigned to are creating practices that attract, retain, and develop the very best.
Reporting to the Director, Partner Enablement Strategy, this individual will bring creativity and a fearless and nimble approach to the way we solve complex partner resourcing challenges in an extremely fast paced organization. In this role, she or he will work in lock step with ServiceNow stakeholders on a variety of programs aimed at ensuring that we continually bring a Partner’s growth success to life holistically for the ServiceNow Partner community.
This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management, as well as a proven track record in driving and executing programs. Great sense of humor, excellent project management, solid technical skills and broad execution capabilities will be required.
A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of program initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.
**What you get to do in this role**:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, propose, and execute on partner training strategy tools and templates that span partner size and industry.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand and document partner’s desired business outcome related to partner’s ServiceNow practice.
- Be (or become) an expert in the full ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio; make recommendations on new or expanded offerings based on partner requirements.
- Monitor and report out on success of projects and lessons learned.
- Create innovative methods to support ServiceNow top partners to scale their practice resources with an eye towards those offerings becoming repeatable across the ServiceNow partner ecosystem
- Design and report on metrics to evaluate how the overall program achieved the desired business outcome and refine assets as needed.
- Maintain alignment between the Alliances & Channels Partner Programs team to incent and track partner training and certification performance.
**Qualifications** In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience designing, and implementing training strategy and solutions.
- Background in Partner (alliances and channels) enablement or direct experience in professional services practice development, organizational change, skills development, and/or talent management.
- 3-5 years of deep experience effectively developing learning strategies for Enterprise-level organizations.
- High level of flexibility, creativity and dependability.
