We're searching for an experienced professional to join a well-established business in the Luxury Fashion Retail sector. **About the Role**

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have the chance to use your creative flair in developing strategies for growth, as well as inspiring and developing your team on a day to day basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Exceed customer experiences and build loyalty
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure high standards of customer service and sales targets are met.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the boutique
- Ensure the efficient running of the store, including stock management and customer service.
- Oversee merchandising operations to ensure efficient stock management

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven leadership experience in a premium fashion retail environment
- Ability to genuinely inspire, lead and motivate a team
- Good understanding of customer service principles
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- High attention to detail with store standards and merchandising
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of numeracy skills for stock management purposes
