**About the Role**

This important position offers the opportunity to join a successful and established luxury fashion company. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and sales. You will have the chance to work with one of the most well regarded fashion brands in Australia and gain valuable knowledge and sales skills. Additionally, you will benefit from ongoing training opportunities that will help you develop your skills both professionally and personally to achieve your career goals. **Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all sales targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with new products
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and build a loyal customer base
- Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently when required
- Assist in stock control, replenishment, merchandising and housekeeping duties when necessary

- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of retail sector trends, products & services
