**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting role for an experienced banking professional to join our Proprietary Distribution team as a Fulfilment Specialist. The role is responsible for providing support across a number of functions including support to the Executive/Senior Bankers to help deliver a seamless customer experience and portfolio management to help retain our existing customer base. The role has a strong focus on customer communication, compliance & risk management, and helping support the growth of the Organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Initiating regular communication with customers to provide updates and assistance at key milestones, contributing towards a high NPS result within the business unit.
- Retain our existing customers by maintaining a loyal portfolio and reducing loan attrition.
- Responsibility for the Proprietary Distribution pipeline by completing line-by-line reviews each week and intervening where required.
- Adhere to established brand standards, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**

It’s no secret that we’re looking for an individual with prior banking or financial services knowledge as this exposure will allow you to hit the ground running. We’ll rely heavily on your engagement skills and your ability to develop strong relationships with our customers and your internal stakeholders.
