An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cement Powder Allocator/ / Logistic Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Pinkenba Cement Plant.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery of services and products
- Allocation of orders ensuring timely delivery and liaising with transport sub-contractors
- Maintenance of accurate order and transport details
- Liaising with internal and external customers, providing precise product and transport information
- Goods receipting of raw materials and supplies from external sources
- Sales and end of period processing
- Reporting

**Ideally, you’ll possess the following from previous experience.**
- Good computer knowledge particular Microsoft Office
- Truck/Driver Allocation Experience Required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- particularly Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Pronto knowledge and experience would be highly regarded.
- Drivers licence and own transport.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management & organization skills.
- A knowledge of weighbridge systems is also advantageous.

The successful applicant will also be a motivated self-starter with strong organisational capabilities, a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude. Position will require out of hours telephone calls and allocation of trucks.
