As the IT Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in leading Anglicare’s procurement strategy for technology products and services. You’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle—sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management—to ensure we achieve value, quality, and compliance across all IT procurement activities. This role will enable Anglicare to meet its technology and business objectives while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with Anglicare’s business goals.- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and contract management processes, ensuring efficiency and transparency.- Partner with IT teams to identify technology needs and prioritise IT assets, including hardware and software.- Analyse market trends to forecast pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including RFPs and RFQs, and evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, quality, technical capabilities, and delivery timelines.- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors, regularly evaluate their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery, manage contracts in alignment with Anglicare’s goals, and maintain a preferred vendor list for efficient procurement processes.- Manage the full tender process, from RFPs and RFQs to evaluating supplier proposals on cost, quality, technical capabilities, and delivery timelines.- Streamline procurement policies and ensure compliance by collaborating with IT Cybersecurity, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams, leveraging tools for efficiency, and training stakeholders on processes and best practices

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in IT procurement or a similar role within a medium to large organisation.- Demonstrated experience managing IT tenders, particularly for managed service contracts and large-scale projects.- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
