**About our Opportunity**

Our onsite Showroom at our Regency Park manufacturing facility has an immediate opportunity for a motivated and committed Showroom Consultant to join our sales team. You'll offer assistance and provide product advice and solutions to customers from builders, trades and residential customers who are looking for your expert service on our custom made-to-order Showerscreen, Wardrobe, Splashback and Mirror products. You'll be the first point of contact for any visitors with enquiries, as well as managing a shared inbox and scheduling selection appointments, providing an exceptional level of service to our customers within the home renovation market and new-build market looking for your expert advice and service.

This is a permanent, full time role and in order to meet the needs of our customers, our Showroom hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

In addition, you’ll:

- Plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations
- Service customer quote and order enquiries
- Update leads progress in Salesforce
- sales administration
- create product orders and record customer details in a CRM system

**About You**

Ideally we’re looking for someone who has showroom experience in the builder/trade industry, highly desirable is someone who has been selling custom made-to-order products. You must enjoy interacting with a variety of customers who come from both retail and trade, understanding their needs and present solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships. Seeking a well organised headstrong team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

You also need:

- Ability to understand the technical product, regulatory and industry knowledge requirements
- Ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
- Strong administrative skills
- Professional and manage self well in a busy showroom environment
- Supportive team player who prides themselves on their customer service
