We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Technical Officer - Microbiologist** to join our Quality team in Lidcombe and make their mark on our brewing journey. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a key player in our Brewing Quality Team, you’ll:

- ** Microbiological Testing and reporting**:Perform testing and reporting to maintain our rigorous quality standards.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Support problem-solving initiatives, from root cause analysis to implementing sustainable solutions.
- ** Equipment Management**: Maintaining equipment in the micro lab, performing calibrations and troubleshooting when required. You’ll work with external service providers and suppliers, ensuring everything is fit for purpose.
- ** New Product Development**: Assist in trials and approvals to bring innovative products to market.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Degree in microbiology, food technology, biological sciences or a related field.
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, with solution-focused mindset
- Proactive mentality and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of the team
- Experience within FMCG would be highly regarded but not essential
