Microbiologist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Microbiologist - Technical Officer**to join our Brewing Quality team on a Permanent Full Time basis. This role will be based on-site in Lidcombe.

In this role, you will use your previous experience within Microbiology to carry out testing and sampling skills to conduct quality control checks through the various stages of production to ensure we provide quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end microbiological testing, both routine and non-routine, support the yeast supply chain - culture and propagation management and be involved in ad hoc hygiene improvement initiatives.

**Some of the skills you will bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in Microbiology or Science coupled with experience in a microbiology laboratory
- Strong problem solving, with solution-focused mindset
- Proactive mentality and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of the team
- Experience within FMCG would be highly regarded but not essential
