**About the role**:
We’re on the lookout for a Podcast Sponsorship Executive** **to join our **LiSTNR** team in **Melbourne.**

The Podcast Sponsorship Executive is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of podcast sponsorship campaigns from client sign-off to completion, ensuring coordination between Sales, Creative Writers, and LiSTNR Podcast Producers. The role manages critical timelines, budget allocation, and talent integration, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and campaigns are delivered on schedule.

As the main point of contact for sponsorships, this role handles operational support, reporting, and invoicing, while also driving continuous improvement by working with implementation teams to standardise processes and maintain a talent and producer database.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist with brandfit process and tracking
- Manage campaign implementation from client sign-off to campaign completion for standard podcast sponsorships and talent integration
- Be the conduit between Sales, Creative Writers and LiSTNR Podcast Producers / Talent in arranging recording of scripts and podcast sponsorship execution.
- Facilitate thorough critical path timelines, sharing directly with key stakeholders to ensure all parties are briefed ahead of campaign start date.
- Main point of contact for LiSTNR podcast sponsorship implementation. Initiating kick off meetings with relevant team members and ensuring all information has been handed over and appropriately delegated for implementation.
- Ensure appropriate budgets have been allocated for all integrated podcast sponsorship elements
- Podcast operations support when requested
- Manage producer timetables for recording and updating Talent Team/Sales team on relevant changes
- Organise guest speakers for extended/integrated sponsorships
- Manage all pod and post executions
- Support the team on podcast monthly commercial reporting
- Management of invoices and payments for extended/integrated sponsorship elements
- Work with the Implementation Manager for continuous improvement of sponsorship implementation - using Frequency/Smartsheets. Standardisation of process for all teams.
- Work with Head of Talent Commercial Relationships and Commercial Specialist to build out talent & producer database
- Work collaboratively, flexibly, and productively with a range of different team members and stakeholders

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience in a busy sales support role, managing client databases, and research programs
- A strong interest in digital media platforms and content
- Audio editing/basic knowledge, ensuring the quality of ads are of LiSTNR standards
- Podcast production understanding
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales
- Client relations
- Radio or Digital implementation experience
- Knowledge of booking software, VT, Salesforce, Operative
