The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, producing, and editing high-quality podcasts, as well as managing recording sessions and collaborating with hosts and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Planning and Production: Plan and produce engaging podcast episodes, working closely with hosts and guests to shape the narrative and tone.
- Audio Editing and Post-Production: Handle audio editing, mixing, and mastering to deliver professional sound quality, ensuring each episode meets our high standards.
- Recording Session Management: Manage recording sessions in our studio and on location, ensuring seamless execution and capturing the best possible audio.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, guests, and clients to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Audio Production Experience: Proven track record in podcast production or related audio/video media production fields.
- Audio Editing Software: Proficiency in industry-standard audio editing software such as Audition, Pro Tools, or GarageBand.
- Storytelling and Communication: Strong storytelling, communication, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
