**The Opportunity**

**Triumph Essendo**n is revving up to open its doors in early April, and we are searching for a passionate and experienced** Motorcycle Sales Specialist** to join our team.

You will play a key role in launching our greenfield dealership, where passion meets performance, and have the unique opportunity to combine your love for motorcycles with a rewarding career.

**What You’ll Do**
- Engage and guide customers through the motorcycle buying journey, from enquiry to handover.
- Deliver expert advice on Triumph motorcycles, features, and customisation options.
- Arrange and conduct test rides, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Triumph models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in motorcycle events, ride days, and dealership promotions.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in **motorcycle or automotive sales**, ideally with premium brands.
- A passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the riding community.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with DMS and digital sales tools (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
- A **valid motorcycle licence**
