**What you will do**:
Our new Client Engagement Manager is key to the execution of the Equifax A/NZ multi-year Product Optimisation program. This program aims to vastly simplify and optimise our Product portfolio across the A/NZ region - a vital and exciting transformation for our business.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication and relationship building skills that has the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders, across many different functional areas. As this role will require interaction with a large number of stakeholders and be across all our product families
A key task will be driving alignment across our transformation program and work streams to ensure the delivery of a consistent end to end user experience for our B2B customers, ensuring alignment and consistency of customer communications and messaging across the entire product portfolio.

**What we are looking for**:
- A structured approach to problem solving and an ability to critically assess a range of issues and to implement viable solutions
- Lead cross functional working groups to ensure timely delivery of business initiatives
- Experience in developing marketing and communications plans, at the program and project level, with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Experience in developing a pipeline of initiatives and prioritise according to business strategy
- Generate ideas for the evolution of the marketing function
- Have a clear vision of the change strategy that is delivered with a high degree of energy and passion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Naturally collaborative with the ability to simplify complex situations
- Personal presence and highly effective relationship building skills with senior stakeholders
