We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join the team today at our practice in Narellan.

The job duties:

- You are the primary person to answer the phone.
- You are our direct customer contact; you will be responsible with the front office team for scheduling appointments.
- Greeting and welcoming patients, answering all enquiries.
- Confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Patient care, ensuring all our patients are well looked after, before, during and after appointments to an elevated level of service.
- Public relation
- General office administration including coordination payments arrangements using EFTPOS & HICAPS and other payment plan options.
- Provide clean and infection control solutions, maintain stock control when requested.
- Maintaining a covid safe environment for all staff and patients

What do you need to demonstrate?
- 2-3 years reception experience
- A people person with a mature demeanour
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.
- A proven history of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to build rapport with patients/staff, with a happy and cheerful outlook.
- A collaborator with a can-do attitude.
- Dedicated to grow.
- Can talk to people with ease.
