**About Them**
As a provider of supply chain, procurement and corporate services to Victoria's Healthcare network, this organisation is going through continued growth that is set to continue over the next few years. This organisation was established in 2021 as a result of a merger between two providers. They focus on providing consistent access to goods, substantial savings and improved quality of care to Victoria's healthcare providers.

A key area of their growth is within their expanding Distribution Centre, and this People & Culture Business Partner role is essential to their ongoing success.

**About the Role**
As part of an engaged and collaborative team, and reporting into the Director People, Culture and Safety, the People & Culture Business Partner will provide strategic and operational support to the business to bring change and benefits through the delivery of the People, Culture and Safety strategy and initiatives across the full HR spectrum. Enabled by investment in people, technology and consolidated services with a focus on commercial leadership and cultural excellence, this role is a pivotal part of the organisational journey.

Key areas of focus include:

- Work closely with the Director People, Culture & Safety to implement a holistic and sustainable people, culture and safety strategy, and to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement;
- Engage and build strong working relationships with Senior Leaders across the Distribution Centre to understand key drivers and provide strategic and tactical support and advice;
- Assist with key projects focused on the engagement and retention of staff;
- Manage end to end case management, with a lens of upskilling and coaching leaders;
- Provide leadership, guidance and advice to employees and Managers, on a wide range of people issues to maximise the capability of all employees.

This organisations head office is based in Melbourne CBD, and their Distribution Centre is based in the Western Suburbs. They are currently supporting hybrid working, and expectations for this role would be to have a minimum of 2 days per week at the DC and minimum 1 day in head office.

**About You**
In addition to your Tertiary qualifications, key to success will be your proven capability to operate both strategically and operationally. You present with a well rounded HR toolkit, with demonstrated ER/IR knowledge and experience, previous exposure to similar blue collar environments will be highly regarded. This role requires an individual who can demonstrate that they are pragmatic, have great stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, as well as a strong eye for detail. You thrive working as part of a collaborative team but balance this with a proactive, self-directed approach.
