They are now seeking multiple Motor recoveries Consultants to join their team based on a permanent or 12 month max-term contract located in Melbourne CBD or Mulgrave.
Your new role
We currently have multiple work from home opportunities available to join their recoveries team based in Melbourne CBD and Mulgrave. In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing and maximizing Recovery opportunities and pursue opportunities to drive cost containment that ensure a commercially beneficial outcome for the organization whilst balancing our legislative/compliance requirements:
- Effectively negotiating recovery opportunities through written and verbal representations by engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes in line with KPI’s.
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including partnered organizations to ensure risk/exposure is mitigated and appropriate business and customer outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to external regulatory/legislative requirements in accordance with compliance to internal business rules and established ways of working.
- Ensure effective management of work allocation in accordance with set established Service Standards (SLA).
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Previous experience in Insurance is highly desirable
