**Casual Ride & Experience Host**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Casual Ride & Experience Host for SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Guest Experience Leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering incredible guest experience, quality service with guest satisfaction with a focus on fun

Our Ride & Experience Hosts are responsible for overseeing the functioning of all SEA LIFE zones including the Penguin Expedition ride / Glass Bottom Boat ride, Interactive Presentations, and Activities to maintain KPI and Mystery visits with a score of 90%+ with a strong focus on Health and Safety Standards practices. This role will not only see you acting as an ambassador for SEA LIE Sydney, but also ensure that our guest satisfaction and site standards are maintained delivering a great product in a fast-paced environment.
