**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
To ensure you’re set up for success, you’ll work closely with your coach and team on a variety of tasks that are critical to commencing a successful real estate career. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Prospecting**: Identifying and connecting with potential clients through various methods.
- **Social Media Content**: Preparing and posting engaging content to build online presence.
- **Diary Management**: Organising appointments and maintaining an efficient schedule for your team.
- **Client Communication**: Sending SMS messages, making calls to prospective clients, and responding to enquiries.
- **Open Homes**: Attending and conducting follow-up calls with attendees.
- **Vendor Reports**: Preparing and sending regular updates to vendors on their property’s progress.
- **Liaising with Stakeholders**: Coordinating with buyers, vendors, tenants, solicitors & auctioneers to ensure smooth transactions.
- **Administrative Support**: Assisting the team with essential tasks, including receipting deposits and marketing funds.
- **Database Management**: Keeping the client database accurate and up-to-date.
- **Appointments Coordination**: Attending photography sessions, bank valuations, and building and pest inspections.
- **KPI Support**: Providing assistance to your coach to help them achieve their performance goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Real Estate Qualification**: You’re ready to hit the ground running with your Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
