**Darwalla** is a family-owned poultry business, which started 90 years ago in Mt Cotton. What started as a small backyard operation, Darwalla is now a modern operation with chicken farms located in the Redlands, in the Lockyer Valley and on the Southern Darling Downs.

**About the Role...**

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. This industry is a 24/7 operation and therefore flexibility is essential to meet production demands. The work schedule consists of a morning shift and an afternoon shift where overtime may be necessary on a day to day basis to meet demand.

You will be a valued member of the small but supportive and friendly Feed Mill team, who manufacture the poultry feed for our operations. You will enjoy a variety of tasks across all aspects of the plant including batching, scheduling deliveries, trouble-shooting breakdowns and assisting in repairs and maintenance.

Highly advantageous:

- Forklift licence
- Wheel loader licence
- Working at heights certificate
- Working in confined spaces certificate
- Experience maintaining and/or operating a feed mill
