**About the role**

The Radiology Receptionist is responsible to provide an efficient and professional frontline and telephone reception service for the radiology department in accordance with administrative policies and procedures. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for patients and will be required to provide a friendly and professional communication link for the department with other departments, patients and external organisations. Successful applicants will be required to work across a 7 day roster.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven ability to deliver professional and friendly frontline reception and telephone support in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to follow administrative policies and procedures with attention to detail and consistency.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to supporting a positive patient experience.
