**About the role**

As the **Data Analyst - Energy and Sales**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of Energy On' by providing in-depth data analysis and reporting for the company's energy and sales operations. This full-time position is based in our Notting Hill, VIC 3168, though we offer flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance.

**What you'll be doing**
- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and design data solutions that address their analytical needs
- Automate reporting processes and implement data quality assurance measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging data analytics technologies to enhance the company's analytical capabilities

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a data analyst, preferably in the energy or sales industry.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation using tools such as Python, Excel, and Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Familiarity with energy industry regulations, market dynamics, and sales reporting requirements.
- Proven track record of automating reporting processes and implementing data quality measures.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as analytics, statistics, or finance.
