Commercial Development Executive

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking to grow our team An exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Commercial Development Executive role to join our passionate and high performing Snacks team in Rhodes, Sydney, Australia.

Working within a fun and dynamic team, you will provide category and analytical support to grow customer categories through our iconic and well-loved brands.

You will assist the Category Team to support their internal and external communication with category, shopper and competitive market analysis.

This is a great opportunity to specialise within category utilising your analytical ability and developing your skills further.

**A day in the life of...**:
A day in the life as the Commercial Development Executive would look like:

- Supporting our Category Team in the design of integrated category / sales plans
- Assisting with the category management strategy and process through in-depth analysis, and implementation of Customer range reviews
- You will master customer internal processes and designing planograms through JDA across customers to deliver optimal flow, adjacencies and ease of shop
- You will work closely with a number of key internal stakeholders to provide them with category information

**What will make you successful**:

- You will have a strong attention to detail and have a collaborative approach.
- You will have experience with Nielsen (Scan & Homescan) and Quantium, advanced excel skills and planogram design - skills (JDA) is required.
- Your capacity to turn data into meaningful insights will be fundamental to your success, as well as delivering on time and in full to meet your objectives.
