Due to amazing growth at our **Sunbury** office, we are searching for a** Property Manager** to work alongside a team and manage a portfolio end-to-end** **with external trust accounting and administration support.

Working alongside an established and dedicated Reliance network this team is set up for amazing success. With a clear progression path and a chance to work in a systematic and organised environment with the most up-to-date cloud-based systems.

**_The roles & responsibilities may include, but not limited to:_**
- End-to-end property management of an established portfolio with support
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Dispute resolution and attending VCAT, as required
- Managing maintenance
- Ingoing and outgoing condition reports

**_The ideal applicant will have:_**
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Property Manager
- Knowledge and understanding of Property Management legislation and procedures
- Knowledge and experience in file compliance and requirements
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
- 1 in 2 Saturdays will be required, with time-in-lieu provided
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
