**The Role**
AIR5431 Phase 3 is seeking a professional and motivated Project Support Officer to work within its Project Management Office, which provides shared business, governance, reporting and assurance functions to support project delivery and business outcomes.

As an APS 5 Project Support Officer within AIR5431 Phase 3, you will undertake procedural, operational, administrative and project support work within an integrated team, and gain experience and exposure to complex project delivery.

As part of this team, you will operate under limited direction and be required to exercise sound judgement, have a keen attention to detail, the ability to review and adjust priorities to meet project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the implementation of governance, assurance and risk activities to ensure compliance with policy and frameworks.
- Perform Information Records Management, Security Officer and Work Health and Safety Officer functions.
- Facilitate administrative and coordination requirements for the project, including task coordination, corporate reporting, and localised HR functions.
- Assist in creating and updating documentation related to risk management, local procedures, and quality, information, communication and financial management.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure proper process, and quality outcomes are achieved, assessing and reporting on identified risks and non-compliances.
- Interact with a variety of stakeholders and business areas within Defence and Airservices Australia.

**About our Team**
AIR5431 Phase 3 is an acquisition project within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) delivering a new Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) and Airservices Defence OneSKY Tower (ADOT) capability for Defence, through a joint program with Airservices Australia.
