We are on the look out for our next best cleaners

Are you looking for regular guaranteed work? Are you a mum or dad that needs work during school hours? Our just someone who loves to help others?

We have got you covered. On the Coast cleaning co is a small family owned cleaning company on the Gold Coast and we are on the hunt for friendly reliable cleaners to join our team.

The work is cleaning regular residential houses, businesses & bond cleaning.

Skills we are looking for:

- Prior experience in customer service, and a strong ability to communicate effectively
- Must be friendly & hard working
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, needs and situations
- Proactive nature and ability to use initiative to meet clients needs
- Has a understanding of different cleaning products, tools and equipment and how they are used.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Prior professional cleaning experience within residential cleaning, deep cleaning & bond cleaning (1 - 2 years)
- Must have strong work ethic & ability to work alone as well in a team of 2.

**Requirements**:

- A reliable car & license
- ABN & Police Check (or willing to obtain before you commence)
- $30 - $35 hourly
- Casual hours, on your own schedule must be able to work between 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
- Weekly pay
- Flexible with working days
- 5 - 10hrs to start with the availability for more
- Full training and ongoing support.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
